I was engaged to create web design concept ideas for a newly established audit firm operating within the local market. The client, a small auditing firm in its early stages, encountered difficulties in customer acquisition as a result of limited visibility and a lack of brand recognition. The primary means of acquiring information about the company for prospective clients was solely through referrals and recommendations from existing clients.
